Easy to prepare fish recipe.
Ingredients of Sutchi Fillet (Fish with Vegetable Recipe)
- Fish Meat
- Calamansi
- Garlic & Onion
- Pepper
- Mixed Vegetables – Carrots, Green Peas & Corn
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1 tablespoon Olive Oil
1.) Squeeze the calamansi into the fish to lessen unnecessary fish smell then add pepper. Set aside for atleast 10 minutes.
2.) Wipe the oil into the cooking pan.
3.) Cook the fish as seen in the video.
4.) Sautee garlic and onion. Add salt.
5.) Add the mixed vegetables.
6.) Cook for 3-5 minutes.
7.) Add pepper to taste.
