If you are planning to take-up real estate broker exam, you must have the following requirements:
1.) 120 credit units of Comprehensive Real Estate Seminar.
2.) Transcript of Record with Photo and Remarks: Board Examination (Original & Photocopy)
3.) Diploma
4.) NSO Birth Certificate Original and Photocopy
5.) If married – NSO Marriage Contract Original and Photocopy
6.) NBI Clearance
7.) Passport Photo (White Background with Last Name, First Name, Middle Name)
8.) Latest Cedula
Apply online before going to the PRC: http://www.prc.gov.ph/online/application
At the Professional Regulation Office (PRC) – R Castillo St. Davao do the following:
1.) Proceed to Door 9 and get a priority number. Tell them that you already apply online.
2.) Proceed to 2nd floor Door 8 and wait for your number to be called. While waiting, you can advance purchase the Documentary Stamp and Envelope. You can buy it at the Photocopy Room Area.
3.) If your number is called (Transaction goes to Window 2 & 3). Inform the Officer that you registered online. Present all your documents (Original and Photocopy). The officer will check your requirements and if you comply with the necessary documents you will be asked to fill some information with signature and thumbmark. (Tip: There’s available glue and stamp pad at Door 4)
4.) Upon submitting the documents to the officer in charge, you will be ask to pay P900. Just wait for your name to be called in Window 4. Once called, present the mailing envelope, which you purchased. The officer in charge will give your Receipt and NOTICE OF ADMISSION (NOA)
5.) DEADLINE of Submission: February 25, 2013 . Examination Date: March 17, 2013.
