Our Japan Travel ticket was sponsored by the Dynasty Management Corporation. The ticket was dated June 7, 2019. I was a bit hesitant since the expiration of my Visa is June 08, 2019. So I was asking if I am allowed to stay longer than one day in Japan. Without really a definite answer to my question, we still travel on that day.

So this is what I conclude, you will still be given 15 days of stay as tourist in Japan as long as you enter before the expiration of the VISA.
Hope I was able to address your concern, you can also ask the Visa Agency in their respective offices for other concerns. Happy Trip!
