I notice a big eye dirt on my baby’s eyes.
Medyo makapal eto so hindi eto the usual na may eye dirt.
Sa gilid ng eyes niya ay merong red part na parang may infection.
My first thinking is my sore eyes siya. So pina check-up ko sa doctor para mabigyan ng tamang gamot.
The doctor mentioned that my baby has conjunctivitis, a common viral or bacterial infection in the eyes. Binigyan kami ng reseta for this.
So the possible causes of conjuntivitis are the following:
- Viruses /Bacteria
- Allergy or Allergic reaction to dust
Possible Remedy:
- Applying Antibacterial Drops for the eyes
- Always keep the front hair tied. (Preventing the hair to touch or go inside the eyes)
So kapag tulog si baby, makapal ang dirt (muta) hindi nya mabubuksan eyes niya agad dahil sa dami ng dirt. Ang ginagawa ko is to have a cotton with clean water and wipe the area para maging malambot ang dirt and easy to remove.
Share ko lang yung binigay sa amin na eye antibacterial drops.
Note: Doctors prescription is needed before buying any eye drops.
It was given to my baby 3 times a day.
Mahirap maglagay sa bata ng drops dahil uncomfortable sila…
So what I usually do is kapag tulog na, mabilisan in-open ko ang eyes para malagay eto.
Nag last for 1 week ang conjunctivitis then after balik na ulit sa normal eyes 🙂
