Here are the simple steps on how to make a Frozen tower Balloons for Birthday Party or any other special occasion.

Materials: Balloons, Air pump, Yarn, tape and Scissor

  1. Prepare an extra balloon with water inside.
  2. Pump same sizes of Balloons.
  3. Tie the two pairs of balloon together.
  4. Place the balloon with water at the bottom. Tie it using the yarn
  5. Add another level of balloons until you reach your desired tower height.
