Do it yourself Tower Balloons
Here are the simple steps on how to make a Frozen tower Balloons for Birthday Party or any other special occasion.
Materials: Balloons, Air pump, Yarn, tape and Scissor
- Prepare an extra balloon with water inside.
- Pump same sizes of Balloons.
- Tie the two pairs of balloon together.
- Place the balloon with water at the bottom. Tie it using the yarn
- Add another level of balloons until you reach your desired tower height.
