How to make a simple Center Table Frozen Balloon for Birthday or any Parties.

Balloons are already part of every birthday parties…

There’s a lot of party shop in Davao. Paying someone to do it, is the fastest and easiest way to get things done. But it is also an advantageous if we have the basic knowledge to do it, in case we wanted to get involved in our own parties or we are in budget constraints. There’s no need to spend more for the decorations alone.

So I would also love to share it with you on how I made a simple center table balloons decoration following a very easy steps.

1.) Prepare all the necessary materials like the following:

  • Balloons
  • Air pump
  • Yarn
  • not inflated balloon with water inside
  • Scissor
  • Scotch tape
