What kind of water do you use in making milk formula for your baby davaoblog

Frequently buying of ready sterilized bottled water is costly. I just take tap water and boil it then let it cool down. You must let the boiled water to be cooled to about body temperature before adding powder to maintain the number of living cultures in the milk. If you are travelling and unsure of the tap water quality of your place then, you might consider buying bottled water and boiled it.

Can I use mineral water when preparing my baby’s milk formula?

Mineral water is not recommended in the preparation of milk formula. It contains some minerals that the baby does not need. Your baby’s milk is already a correct balance of minerals that your baby needed and adding additional content in the form of mineral water can agitate the balance.

Some of my colleagues preferred to buy bottled distilled water from a known brand for easy preparation.
